Mississippi Coal Plant in Kemper County

Mississippi will be seeing their Electric bills increase between 33-45%  and some anticipate even higher.  Did you know that when the new EXPERIMENTAL plant was being built that you would be paying for it?  No?  Well perhaps the Public Service Commissioners did not advertise this fact to prevent opposition and open discussions.

The fact that we have to pay for it in advance is not a done deal and further votes are ahead.  Do not let smooth talkers sway you into cap-n-trade compliance.  We as citizens need to step up our voice and be more involved in this process to protect our interests.  There is more to this Kemper Power Plant  than what you are being told.  We will try to pass along some information even though we are not tech savvy.
